Bunny RaRa here with some awesome EcoBaby updates!
My new teacher friend Jessica has started in the infant room and is settling right in. I frequently squeeze through the gate to check on my infants and they seem to love snuggling and laughing with Miss Jess! Our new part time teacher, Laura, is a very fun friend. I especially enjoy that she lets the toddlers feed me left over fruit and veggies after snack.
Speaking of those crazy toddlers, they are starting off he school year right! EcoBaby's new menu is lending some unique learning opportunities. Meatless Mondays offer lots of new ways to use our C.S.A. ingredients and lots of leftover veggies for me! Toddler Tuesdays let the toddlers dig in and create their own meals. Don't worry - Jasmin, Caitlyn and the other toddler teachers make sure they wash their hands first! Warm Up Wednesdays will keep us full and toasty as the weather turns cold and International Thursdays teach the toddlers how people from all over the world eat to stay healthy. Farm Fresh Fridays mean that EcoBaby friends can enjoy that grass fed meat, obviously not the bunny's favorite day!
Stay tuned for more updates on EcoBaby Preschool, Robyn and her husband, Joe, are working furiously to get those doors open!
I see everything that goes on in our preschool classrooms. This is my account of a day in the life of the Eco Baby Bunny
