I earned an BA in English from Baruch College, a MS in Education from the College of Saint Rose, and a Post Master's Certificate in Educational Leadership from StonyBrook University, where I obtained my School Building Leader and School District Leader Certificates. My family and I have spent 7 years in the field of childcare, and I have spent 12+ years in the field of education. This journey into the growth of Eco Kids has been a dream come true. Nell Guilbault Team Lead/Infant I Lead Teacher
Early Childhood Education has been my passion for over a decade. I graduated from Bristol Community College in 2006 with my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also spent time working toward my Bachelor's at Plattsburgh State College. I have worked with a variety of ages ranging from infants to preschoolers within my 12 years of working in the field.
Fun Fact: I enjoy crafting and knitting!
Alexandra Edmans Infant I Assistant Teacher
I am a graduate of Averill Park High School and also attended both Russell Sage College and The College of Saint Rose, where I successfully completed a certificate program. I have experience at several local childcare centers including St. Vincent's, Mercy Care and Unity Sunshine Daycare. I started at Eco Baby as an intern before being hired as a Floater and was recently promoted to Assistant Teacher!

Coral Cruz Infant II Lead Teacher
I graduated from Siena College in 2019 with a Bachelors' of Arts in Psychology. I've always enjoyed volunteering and worthing with children and have participated in programs such as: Vacation Bible School, Reading Buddies and Make a Wish. I find making a positive impact on children to be very rewarding.

I graduated from The College of Saint Rose in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Early Childhood Education. I have been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 2006 and have experience with all ages of children, ranging from infants to school-aged. I started my career as an Assistant Teacher at Bethlehem Preschool while working toward my degree and became a Lead Teacher for Early Head Start soon after graduation. I have a passion for not only running a successful center, but leading and coaching staff to success as well.
Fun fact: I have been a vegetarian since the age of 10!
Akossiwa Dzikunu Toddler I Lead Teacher
I am a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College, where I earned my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also earned an Assistant Teacher Certificate by taking some classroom management courses. I have worked with all ages ranging from infants to high school. I have experience at several local childcare centers including Viking Child Care Center, Samaritan Rensselaer Children Center, and CEO. I will be getting my Bachelors' Degree in a few years. Fun Fact: I love cooking, especially African dishes!
Nancy O'Neil Toddler I Assistant Teacher
I am a graduate of Berlin Jr/Sr High School and completed some courses in Business at Mildred Elley. I have been working with children of all ages for the past 20 years, both inside and outside childcare centers. I am currently working toward completing my Infant/Toddler CDA with the Capital District Childcare Council with the hopes of becoming a Toddler Lead Teacher in the future!
Fun Fact: In my spare time, I look for great recipes! I love to cook!
Kiara Smith Infant II Assistant Teacher
I have been working in childcare since 2012 where I began with a small daycare in my home. Working with children instantly became my passion and I've been working with children since. I enjoy watching them learn and discover new things; their smiles are a priceless reward!
Fun Fact: I want to go on Jeopardy one day!
Nyarari Santeliz Preschool Lead Teacher
I am a graduate of Cornell University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English. I also attended The College of Saint Rose, where I earned 28 Graduate credits in Early Childhood Education. I have taught at CEO Family Resource center, Albany Public Schools as a Building Substitute, and most recently at Circle of Friends in Delmar.

Latanya Nelson Preschool Assistant Teacher
Tanya came to us in 2015, when we were still Eco Baby Daycare, located on 4th Street in Troy, NY. The Charter School she worked for closed, and she knew she wanted to continue working with young children. She has extensive experience working with children of all ages, and the mentally disabled population. She loves kids and has 5 children of her own.

Maya Lewis Floater
I went to Hudson Valley Community College for my Associate’s Degree and Arcadia University for my B.F.A. in Painting and Art Therapy. This is my first position working with children! Fun Fact: I am a twin!
Shekinah Temple Floater
I am currently enrolled at Hudson Valley Community College and just began my first semester in the Fall of 2019! There, I am studying human services and with my completed degree I hope to be able to work with foster children. Before coming to Eco Kids, I worked at Camp Sully for two years.

I’m currently a student at Hudson Valley earning my degree in Early Childhood Education! I’ve always loved working with children and I hope to be a teacher one day!
